Having added Kylian Mbappe and Endrick to their squad in this summer transfer window, Real Madrid now have a truly horrifying forward line that also contains the likes of Rodrygo Goes, Vinicius Junior, Jude Bellingham, Arda Guler, and Brahim Diaz.
The new arrivals will need some time to gel with their teammates, and although goals have not entirely flowed in the first two matches of the season for Ancelotti’s side, there is no doubt about the talent that all these players possess.
Still, Carlo Ancelotti will have to do some work to find the ideal formula to get the best of all these players. Meanwhile, media is also rife with reports linking some of these players away from the White club.
One such player linked with an exit recently is Vinicius Junior, who is perhaps the most loved player for the fans in this current squad. Some Saudi Arabian clubs have been looking to sign the Brazilian and previous reports on the subject indicated that they have already offered up to €400 million for his signing to Real Madrid.
According to Mundo Deportivo, such an offer never arrived officially at the Merengue club, but it claims that the Saudis are now going to offer a whopping €500 million to Real Madrid for Vinicius. Furthermore, they are also offering up to €1 billion to the winger in bonuses and wages to convince him to become the face of Saudi football as the Middle Eastern country looks to host the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
However, Real Madrid have a clear position on this matter. They point to the €1 billion release clause of the player for anyone interested in signing the player, as they have no plans of parting ways with him. They are quite calm that Vinicius is not going to leave this summer.
But things can change in the upcoming year. The Brazilian’s representatives have already informed Los Blancos that they are not interested in a renewal of his current contract which goes till 2027, as they want time to consider the Saudi offer.
Even if things take a turn for the worst and Vinicius ends up leaving, Real Madrid already have a replacement for him in their minds. This replacement will be the Athletic Club winger Nico Williams, whom the Merengues have already been eyeing for some time now.
