After a victorious start to their UEFA Champions League campaign, Real Madrid return to La Liga this weekend with a match against Espanyol. The Merengues will be looking to win this match against the Catalan team to ensure their deficit with Barcelona remains manageable and also to go into the Madrid derby in the best of forms.

Carlo Ancelotti will still be without some of his important players, including David Alaba, Eduardo Camavinga, Brahim Diaz, and Dani Ceballos for this game. Camavinga is working to be available for the Atletico Madrid match but is highly unlikely to get into shape for this upcoming match.
