Official: Real Madrid announce squad for the La Liga game against Barcelona

Real Madrid have a real test awaiting them as the go into the first El Clasico of this season on Saturday. Luckily, the Merengues will be going into this game in the best of spirits after their second-half display against Borussia Dortmund in which they scored five goals in 45 minutes.

Vinicius Junior scored a hat-trick in that game and is looking to be the favourite to win the Ballon d’Or at the end of this month. He will be the player to keep an eye on in the match against Barcelona, while Kylian Mbappe will be the other main attraction in the Los Blancos attack.

Furthermore, in the squad list published by Real Madrid for this game, Brahim Diaz has also been named. This will be a significant boost for Carlo Ancelotti as Rodrygo will be unavailable for this game.
